Refund Policy

At E Moto Printz, all products are custom-made to your specifications. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds may only be provided if:

• The product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects.

• The wrong product was sent.

• The product is significantly different from the approved order details.

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue.

Refunds will not be provided if:

• The product has been damaged by the customer.

• The product has been modified after delivery.

• Incorrect information was provided during the ordering process.

• The customer changes their mind after production has begun.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
